I architected and developed SyncEdu, a comprehensive SaaS platform that digitizes educational center operations. The platform replaces manual Excel-based workflows with an automated, cloud-based system. Problem: Educational centers were managing students, teachers, schedules, and attendance using spreadsheets, leading to double-bookings, time-consuming attendance tracking, and data inconsistencies. Solution: I built a complete SaaS platform using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript with: • Intelligent scheduling system with conflict detection algorithms preventing double-bookings • QR code attendance tracking with real-time synchronization, reducing processing time by 75% • Complete student and teacher management modules with automated workflows • Responsive UI delivering native-app-like experience on mobile devices • Role-based access control for administrators, teachers, and staff Impact: The platform eliminated scheduling conflicts entirely, reduced attendance tracking time by 75%, and enabled multiple centers to transition from manual operations to a fully digital workflow.
